It is located in the most picturesque district of the city. A peaceful walk along Via Termoli, behind the Lucrezie complex, offers breathtaking views at sunset when the warm light paints the Etruscan wall on the steep slope leading down to the Tevere river. From its parapet, one can see the surrounding countryside all the way to the Montesanto Convent, the Tevere riverbank where the eagle of ancient origins seized the cloth, and, looking upward, the extraordinary ruin of Porta Orvietana, swallowed by the Tevere after landslides and collapses, and the beautiful Oberdan gardens, from which enchanting landscapes can be appreciated.
